Welcome to the Fall Quarterly Meeting and Awards and Recognition Luncheon

Join us October 22-23, 2025 at the Days Inn & Suites- Flatwoods (350 Days Drive Sutton, WV 26601) for the WVACD quarterly meeting and the annual WV Conservation Award Council's Awards and Recognition Luncheon that will be held on Thursday, October 23. Lodging reservations can be made directly with the hotel by calling (304) 765-5055. Discounted room rates are available until October 8 under the "WVACD" room block for the following rates:

Double Bed: $112.95 (plus applicable taxes and fees)

King Bed: $117.95 (plus applicable taxes and fees)

Queen Bed: $122.95 (plus applicable taxes and fees)

Registration deadline for the awards luncheon which will begin at 12:30 pm on Thursday, October 23 is September 30 to Heather Duncan. More information can be found in the registration form.
