Lodging is available at Holt Lodge for $94.00/night by calling Cedar Lakes at (304) 372-7860.
If preferred, the town of Ripley is less than 10 minutes away with several hotel options.
Due to space and meals, registration is required for the meeting. The cost is $30.00 which covers all meals (breakouts, lunch on October 28, and breakfast on October 29). Payment can be cash or check at the meeting or online through PayPal on the Google Form.

WV Conservation Awards & Recognition Luncheon
The WV Conservation Award and Recognition Luncheon will be held on Thursday, October 29 in the Assembly Hall of Cedar Lakes. This event is held in conjunction with the quarterly meeting but does have a separate registration and luncheon cost.
